These terms apply when you order juices or event experiences from Sunny Sip through this website or WhatsApp.
Orders
Submitting checkout creates a request. Your order is confirmed only after we reply on WhatsApp. Availability, flavour, and timing can change with fresh production.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup is at SunnySip Office, Fashola Estate, Lagos. If you request delivery, the fee is not charged on the website. Our salesperson confirms the delivery cost with you on WhatsApp before we send the order.
Payment
Payment is on delivery or pickup, by cash or bank transfer, unless we agree otherwise on WhatsApp.
Events
Mocktail and cocktail inquiries are quotes, not bookings, until we confirm date, guest count, and price in writing on WhatsApp.
